About this course

Taking care of the body does not mean only the physical body, though being the grossest one can see and feel it the most. Moving from the grossest physical body of flesh we have the subtler bodies, of breath; the emotional and mental body; the body of the intellect; and the most subtle body of intuition or higher intelligence. Together called the Panchakosha. This course guides one through this 5 layered body that truly defines who we are.
