Delivery & Access Policy

1. What you receive

A course bundle is a set of instructional videos, streamed to you through this member portal. There is no physical product, no shipment and no delivery charge. You watch the lessons here, signed in to your own account.

2. When access begins

Access is granted as soon as your payment is confirmed by the payment gateway. In almost every case that is immediate — you are returned to the portal, the confirmation appears, and the bundle is in My courses ready to play.

Occasionally a bank or gateway takes a few minutes longer to confirm. If that happens you will see a “confirming your payment” screen, which updates itself the moment the confirmation arrives. You do not need to pay again, and you do not need to keep the page open — a confirmation email follows in either case.

3. Where to find your courses

Sign in and open My courses. Everything you have bought is listed there, with each lesson resuming where you last stopped. A receipt for every purchase is kept under Purchases, and is emailed to you at the time of payment.

4. How long access lasts

Access to a purchased bundle does not expire. You may return to it as often as you like, on any device, for as long as the portal operates. Access may be withdrawn only where our Terms of Service have been breached — for example, sharing your account or attempting to copy the videos.

5. Streaming, not downloading

Lessons are streamed and cannot be downloaded or stored offline. You will need a reasonably current browser and a working internet connection to watch them. The video quality adjusts to the connection available to you.

6. If access does not appear

If you have paid and cannot see your course, write to support@foundation.ayu.yoga with your order number, and we will restore your access. Please write to us before paying a second time. Where access genuinely cannot be delivered, our refund and cancellation policy applies.
